Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) in Tillamook County
Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) takes clients through the “12 Stages of Extraordinary,” which are distinct levels of consciousness with different access to—and connection with—the organizing forces of creation. As we refer to them here at Graceful Waves Wellness Center, the Stages regulate our possibilities, how we respond, what we manifest, and how we influence our inner and outer worlds. In short, they influence how we meet life and how life meets us.
Reveal Your Inner Wisdom
The Stages are designed for clients seeking new options for experiencing life, living fully, and how they can experience the body and its sacred rhythms.
The practice also helps reveal inner wisdom inherent in each stage of consciousness in life that we move through by using focused attention, gentle breath, movement, and touch with specific declarations consistent with each Stage.
This is an embodied approach to an expanded physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual healing experience with life’s organizing forces and rhythms, essential for the current and future shift in humanity.
